I am a modern and educated football specialist striving for achieving success in the highest level of European football. Resilience and hard work have helped me achieving so far a BSc in Sport Science while playing at professional level in Italy. My ambition has brought me to England where I have worked for elite professional Academies improving my coaching skills and continuing my professional development with the English FA. Coaching different age groups full-time in Italy, England, Denmark, Cyprus and Lithuania has given me the opportunity to scaffold my learning and improve my technical details. My experience as Assistant Manager at Enosis Neon Paralimniou FC, where I collaborated with players and coaches from 14 different nationalities, has strengthened my adaptability and accelerated my learning curve. In my first role as Manager with DFK Dainava we have achieved promotion in A-Lyga, Lithuanian First Division. Promoted also to higher league in the following season as Technical Director of BE1 National Football Academy. In my last role I have worked as Academy Director & B team Manager in Riteriai FK. Beside my full-time role I was involved as Coach Educator and U21 & U15 National team Assistant Coach for the Lithuanian Football Federation. Currently Assistant Manager in Fremad Amager, Danish Second Division.
