Skirmantas Paukštys, who recently made his debut for SS Monopoli 1966 first team in Serie C, scored the decisive goal which helped the Lithuanian U19 National team winning against Scotland (2-1).
Skirmantas is the first player who was successfully recommended by Scoutmania to Monopoli (read more about it in this article). Following our recommendation, his development has been steady and he has made big steps both with his Club and his National team.
We congratulate him and the Lithuania U19 team, led by the head coach Mindaugas Čepas, for the important result which puts them in a good position to achieve the qualification, and we wish them best of luck in the last Qualifying round vs Latvia.
