Påskbergsvallen (Varberg, Sweden). Varbergs BoIS hosted its league clash against Västerås SK, in the Matchday 12 of the Swedish Superettan. The game has ended with a one goal home win (1-0).

Varbergs BoIS (playing in elegant green-white retro kit, as celebrating its 100th anniversary), led by coach Roar Hansen, started this encounter in 4-3-3 formation. Erion Sadiku in the “Number 6” position, came up as the main playmaker; he tried to organize the play and to control the areas by appearing mostly in depths. The two full-backs/wing-backs (Emil Hellman as left-back and Niklas Dahlström as right-back) often narrowed the shape through the build-up phase, by moving themselves further in. Team captain Gustav Broman also needs to be highlighted, mainly for his long-throwing ability, which turned to be supportive at the offense.
Västerås SK, coached by Kalle Karlsson, opted for its usual 3-4-3 system in this game. The team was operated with a “mobile” defensive line; team captain and Burundi international player Frédéric Nsabiyumva took on the leader of the defense role – until his injury suffered in the last minutes of the first half, but his physically similar replacement Brazilian Bernardo Vilar represented the same good quality. On VSK’s side, Vilar’s compatriot, experienced defensive midfielder Pedro Ribeiro also demonstrated his long-throwing ability, as Broman did for Varbergs BoIS. Despite of the 1-0 loss, the team had its promising opportunities to collect at least one point.
Jesper Jonasson Westermark (Varbergs BoIS) was the one who scored the decisive hit. The team has won the game over Västerås SK, by his fantastic and breathtaking bicycle kick (1-0).
