Our newly appointed scout for the Faroe Islands is Abel Machado!
Abel comes from an internship with IF Elfsborg, top club in Sweden. He has a background as sports scientist with a focus on talent development and sports pedagogy and has worked for many years with skillful footballers promoting football clubs in Sweden.
These are his first comments after joining the Scoutmania team:
“Through my studies and experience, I have developed a deep understanding of how to identify talent. My background as a football physical trainer allows me to combine technical and tactical expertise with an understanding of players mental and physical development. As a football scout, I can use my knowledge to discover talents in football. I’m looking forwards to be part of this journey with Scoutmania.”
